Terms and Conditions
If you are an individual (not a business entity, university, etc.) then my terms and conditions apply to all work. For projects over £500, I typically send you a contract that restates all the agreed details (price, deliverables, schedule) and links to my T&Cs.

If you are a business, then we'll need a contract or service agreement for large jobs (over £500). I am happy to send you a contract or consider one from your institution.

We can cancel your order if there are staffing issues, we don't serve your area, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel, we will refund you within 14 days.

We are only responsible for losses that are foreseeable and due to our breach of contract. We are not liable for business losses, and nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.

We don’t check for AI-generated content in your work and aren’t liable for copyright issues arising from it.

Subcontracting:

If we subcontract work, it will meet the same standards and confidentiality as if we did it ourselves.
